Style of religious poetry in twelfth and thirteenth century

Abstract

This paper is about style of religious poetry intwelfth and thirteenth century hegira. To realize the style we analyze poem of the poets such as: Surosh Esphahny, vafaey Shoshtary, fadaey mazandarany, Hazin Lahighy,Sabahy Bidgholy, mohammad Kazem Sabury, hearan yazdy, keavan Kashany, foad kermany, Safey Jandghy, meshkat Tabrizy .

This study based on two portions:

First, intellectual features of poets included Shia knowledge, Shia theological beliefs, Eulogy poetry, Divine law and Mysticism.

Second, literary features in three branches and eloquence in four topic assimilation, metaphor, metonymy, figurative language and rhetoric.In this paper we try to gather subjects of religious poetry particularly in intellectual features, eloquence and rhetoric from tenth to thirteenth century hegira and mentioned the list of it.
